Born and raised in Jamaica, I moved to the U.S. around 40 years ago where I worked in the care industry and in human resources. I love traveling, and while exploring the Caribbean, Europe and Africa, I stayed at many amazing places, and always appreciated good customer care. I recognized a niche in the Jamaican property management and concierge services sector and realized that it was a natural fit, blending my experience and expertise with my passion.
